What makes ME2 Design items special?
ME2 items are unique designs that are created specifically for an urban sensibility and our ever-changing lifestyles. The new trend of downsizing space and entertaining at home has become more important as our economy shifts. ME2 Design strives to create highly styled solutions for the home that answers these needs of space, versatility, efficiency and economization. ME2 products are considered 'works of functional art'. We take great pride in making sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied and get the most out of our products. We have a professional designer/stylist available to assist you with all the design questions you may have. She will show you all the great applications you can create with ME2 items.

Where is the furniture made? What makes ME2 furniture items popular?
They are items that make sense in our busy, over-extended lives today. The items were designed to be creative solutions for hard-to-furnish spaces-large and small. Get creative with different seating ensembles for your additional guests by combining various ME2 items together to complete a small nook, foyer, flex space or entertainment area. The Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired open-slat group was designed with storage and versatility in mind. Created to fit large sectionals and beds and offer various features, including an ample storage compartments that are finished in a hand painted, accent colored lacquer.
ME2 accent furniture items are substantial and weighty. Hidden industrial wheels are included for your convenience and easy arranging. The metal wire items are padded on the base with felt for easy movement and added protection to the floors.
The cushion material options are all designer quality leather, ultra suede, fabrics and fur. Most materials are represented in the store. We have specifically designed the classic cushion material that works the best with the wood finish. The removable cushions have an easy pull-tab for easy lifting.
They ME2 Accent furniture is hand crafted in Turkey with the heaviest grade wood laminate and hi-quality materials.
If you have your own fabric or material, you can purchase an item COM (customer's own material). Please contact the ME2 office to arrange your special order.

What makes ME2 Serving ware unique?
ME2 Serving ware is created for entertaining at home. ME2 serving items are 'modern with a classic twist'. They have an upscale coordinated look throughout all the serving pieces. We considered space, lifestyle, taste and function when we created the collection so that it appeals to women or men from various lifestyles. They make the perfect gift because they will remain as timely serving items for years to come. Most of the items are fully assembled for easy cleaning and compact storage for the ultimate space-saving party!
The service items are all food safe (except the ottoman trays) and are all individually hand crafted with exotic materials so any slight imperfections are inherent in the beauty of the item.
The glass and stainless steel components are dishwasher safe. The hand inlaid or main components should be handled with care and hand washed.
All the serving ware is hand crafted out of India and has been Cal Prop tested and certified.

7. What is the shipping policy?
ME2 offers Free Shipping. Your order will be shipped within 3 days of receipt and will be shipped via UPS or FED EX -standard ground delivery. The ME2 accent furniture will be delivered by a personalized home delivery service to your door. Please read shipping policy for other upgrades that you can purchase in addition to our 'free shipping' level of service.

Most items are available for immediate delivery. If there is an item that is out-of-stock, there will be an estimated delivery date on the appropriate product page.
What is the return policy?
What if the item is damaged?
If your product arrives broken or damaged, please indicate damage on the shipping document before accepting item. Please read 'Return Policy' for guidelines. All furniture orders need to be inspected before you sign and accept the item. All our cartons are inspected in our warehouse before shipping order. If your item arrives damaged, please indicate the bill of lading receipt with the deliveryman as to the extent of damage and the area damaged. This needs to be processed at the time of delivery.
What are the care instructions for ME2 items?
Since most of the ME2 items are hand made with exotic materials, a light hand wash will ensure the product's long luster and quality appearance. Most of the cushion materials are spot cleanable that makes them very appropriate for children's use. The care instructions are listed on the individual product pages.
Will you deliver my order to Canada and/or over seas?
We are happy to deliver our product overseas, however, all shipping, duty and tariff costs are the customer's responsibility. We work with very reliable delivery services that will insure your shipment. Please contact the office for assistance on your special request.
I would like to purchase your items for commercial purposes. Can I purchase your items wholesale?
ME2 accepts all commercial orders. Please contact the office for the wholesale costs and minimums required.
I live in NYC and I want to purchase an item, do I have to pay NY sales tax?
Since ME2 operates out of NYC, all NY residents have to pay sales tax based on their county. The shopping cart will calculate your tax rate based on your zip code. Out-of-state shipments will not be charged tax.
We offer a fair hassel-free return policy. We guarantee that you will enjoy and benefit from our product and we stand by our quality. If for any reason a ME2 product does not work for you, you can exchange it for another item or receive a store credit to use anytime.
