Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a ME2 product, you may return your purchase for full exchange or merchandise credit, excluding shipping and handling costs. ME2 must be notified of the return within 2 days of receipt of your merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any return on any product that has been assembled or modified from it's original condition. Any returned merchandise that is damaged or worn from use will not be returnable. The item must be shipped back in its original saleable condition in the original packaging for full exchange. ME2 reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before issuing a full exchange or merchandise credit to determine if a return will be granted.

If you have any questions about a ME2 product or need to review a material swatch, please do not hesitate to call customer service. We will make all effort to accompany your needs in order for you to make the correct choice.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled once it leaves the warehouse. If you refuse an order, there will be a15% re-stocking fee charged to your account including all shipping costs.

To Return an item by Mail:

  • Notify ME2 by phone or email for a return authorization. 212-721-5906 or me2design@earthlink.net
  • ALL RETURNS MUST BE CALLED INTO THE ME2 OFFICE 2 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE FOR AN RTV #.
  • Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, an exchange cannot be accepted.
  • Returns with an original purchase receipt will be exchanged in the original tender.
  • Returns without an original receipt will be exchanged at the current selling price as a merchandise credit.
  • If you do not have the original invoice or confirmation of order. Print a return Label and include in box.

IMPORTANT:

Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us to: me2design@earthlink.net so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit. If the package is lost or damaged during transit, ME2 Design cannot honor an exchange.

If the item is received Damaged or Defective:

Our products are well- packaged to withstand wear and tear during shipping. We double-box many items, and our products are packaged with inner foam for additional support. If an item looks defective or component parts are missing, please notify us within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise.

We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. If your order is shipping by Truck Freight, or White Glove, please note the important instructions below.

If Shipped via Truck Freight or White Glove

All items in these delivery methods will be inspected before shipping to insure good quality delivery of product.

Upon receipt, if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" with a brief description of damaged area when you sign the bill of lading for delivery.

This is VERY IMPORTANT. Without your signed inspection, we cannot guarantee a full return for exchange. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package and note the "bill of lading" of it's significant damages as proof that the damage was incurred in transit. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new item in exchange for the damaged item as soon as we receive the damaged item. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge.

Timely response is very important! carriers allow only 48 hours to file a claim. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement piece. All returned products must be in the original packaging.

Our goal is to make your shopping experience with ME2 an enjoyable fulfilling one. We strive to inspect our products and manage the QC standards of all our manufacturing partners. If, by chance, your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.

Unauthorized Returns:

Any unauthorized returns are subject to a minimum of a 15% re-stocking fee including all shipping and handling fees incurred.

All Custom Design work is non-returnable once approved by commercial agent.

Any visible wear and tear, abuse or damage from the misuse of the product will not be subject to a return.

Production:

  • ME2 items are hand crafted with organic materials. In order to maintain the item's quality and shine, we recommend hand wash for all our items.
  • All hand inlay items are crafted with natural exotic materials so any slight irregularity or marks in the material is inherent in its natural beauty.
  • The fur manufactured for cushion options used in ME2 Design Accent Furniture is farm raised and certified from a highly reputable Turkish furrier. ME2 takes the treatment of animals very seriously and the use of fur does not represent the attitude of ME2 employees. ME2 also donates annually to the ASPCA to aid homeless and abused animals.
  • All backordered items will have a 10-12 week delivery lead-time. The status will be notified on a weekly basis on the product page.
  • Allow a 15 week lead-time for all custom design orders. Delivery and item cost will be confirmed once the design is approved.
